Grab something to save your data on and your phone. Make a video of you doing ✅Goblet Squats ✅ Push-ups ✅Romanian Deadlifts ✅ Bent Over Row.

Do at least 3 sets of these 4 exercises. Go 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for each exercise. Choose whatever difficulty you’d like for your first set. If you’re able to accomplish 15 reps, then make the weight or exercise harder for the next set. We’re going to use your best round with the most weight you can lift as your comparable data for the end of the bootcamp. .

Why video record? Improving the number of reps you can accomplish as well as weight you can lift is ONLY ONE focus. We also want to see how your form progresses at the end of the program. Are your knees feeling better while performing a squat? Do you have better shoulder stability during a row? How does your movement compare from this video to the end of the 4 weeks? .
