We are a weight training/high intensity gym. We do a little of everything: Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, body-building, bodyweight movements (ie push-ups, pull-ups, v-ups, etc.), along with HIIT, some short distance running, sprinting and agility drills. It's the most FUN way to get the hottest, fittest body you could ever imagine.
